Héctor Ñaupari
The author is a poet, essayist and law degree at the Faculty Law and Political Science at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. He has a Masters in Law at the mention of Civil and Commercial of San Marcos, he was Professor in the Faculty of Law in 1998. Has obtained the Graduate Diploma a candidate for Doctor of Law from the University of Salamanca, Spain.
